Marketing Major, Texas A&M University, 1977 to 1981. Entered the equipment finance industry in 1983 with Master Lease. Progressed from Account Executive to Vice President with companies such as Master Lease, GECC, CIT, USBL&F, Metlife Capital & Lyon Credit (aka United Capital).
Started National Equipment Capital in 1994, recruited back into the corporate world in 1996 and remained through August 2000, when Lyon Credit (aka United Capital) was closed by Hudson United Bank. On August 8, 2000, I launched National Equipment Capital to the next level with more employees and national relationships with 50 plus lenders and lessors (public & private) and changed the name to Amsource Capital in 2002 as we developed our national presence.

Ron earned his Bachelor's degree at Cleveland State University and took Master's courses at Kent State University. After working briefly for Dun & Bradstreet and General Electric Credit Corporation, he spent 14 years at Equico Lessors, Inc., which became ELLCO Leasing and subsequently GE Capital ELLCO. Ron then joined Eaton Financial Corporation, which became AT&T Capital Leasing Services, Inc. holding the position of Vice President - Credit and Documentation for 7 years. Ron then moved to Lyon Credit Corporation, which became United Capital and held the position of Vice President - Regional Credit Manager. Ron joined National Equipment Capital in November, 2000 as our Senior Vice President - Credit & Syndication.

Alma graduated from JFK Academy in Mexico and has worked in customer service and retail in the USA since 1989. Alma heads our Treasury, Accounting and Bilingual departments.
